Founded in 1994 by chef Jorge Saldana, Cancún—with its local farm-to-table ingredients, hand made tortillas, fresh salsa bar, big open space and high ceilings—offers homemade traditional Mexican dishes, made to order with love.
Jorge founded his restaurants, Cancún and Tlaloc, and his line of products, Sabor Mexicano, on the belief that food should be made in a way that is to our benefit; it should be healthy for us and made using authentic, simple processes with whole food ingredients. Featuring Mexican family recipes passed down through generations, we pride ourselves on using local all-natural, pesticide-free produce, antibiotic-free meat, and only non-GMO products.
